Adults: Take one tablespoon (15 ml) 1 to 2 times daily, between or before meals. May be diluted in a glass of water (250 ml) before consumption. Shake well before use. May have a cloudy appearance or sediment at the bottom of the bottle; this does not affect the product's quality. After opening, store in a cool place.
